Quail Egg Breakfast Salad

The delicious and healthy quail egg salad surely makes your morning delightful.

Ingredients 

  • 225g spinach
  • 1 chopped scallion
  • 6 sliced grape tomatoes
  • 5ml of red wine vinegar
  • 15ml of olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 sausages or links
  • 2 fried quail eggs
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • a pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 2 toasted breadsticks

Method:

  • Melt butter and fry eggs.
  • Take a bowl and put spinach, scallions, tomatoes and sausages.
  • Season them with black pepper, olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  • Place fried eggs on top and sprinkle sea salt and red pepper flakes.
  • Put breadsticks on the side of bowl and serve.
