Quail Egg Breakfast Salad
The delicious and healthy quail egg salad surely makes your morning delightful.
Ingredients
225g spinach
1 chopped scallion
6 sliced grape tomatoes
5ml of red wine vinegar
15ml of olive oil
1/4 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
2 sausages or links
2 fried quail eggs
a pinch of sea salt
a pinch of red pepper flakes
2 toasted breadsticks
Method:
Melt butter and fry eggs.
Take a bowl and put spinach, scallions, tomatoes and sausages.
Season them with black pepper, olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Place fried eggs on top and sprinkle sea salt and red pepper flakes.
Put breadsticks on the side of bowl and serve.
